We do not share your personal identity with game studios. Studios receive only anonymised gameplay data (e.g., 'X rounds played on this title') to help them improve their games. Live-table providers see your username and table activity only while you are playing. Your email, phone number and payment details stay with 33r only.

If 33r is sold or transferred, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to download your data or request deletion before the transition. If we shut down, we are committed to securely deleting or anonymising all account records within 90 days, unless local law requires longer retention for tax or dispute resolution.

Yes. Log in to your account, go to Settings > Privacy & Data, and click 'Download My Data'. We will email you a ZIP file containing your profile, transaction history, gameplay logs and account activity. The file is encrypted and expires after seven days.

We retain transaction records (date, amount, payment method type, last four digits) for five years to meet tax and anti-fraud obligations in Pakistan. We never store your full JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast credentials; those stay only with your payment provider.

Only you and our internal compliance team can view your complete gameplay and betting history. Our support staff can see transaction summaries if you contact us about an issue. Game studios and sportsbook partners see only aggregate, anonymised data. We do not sell or publish individual player histories.

Change your password immediately from Settings > Security, enable two-factor authentication, and email us at [email protected] with details. We will review your account activity, flag suspicious transactions, and work with your payment providers to secure linked cards or wallets. Contact your bank or JazzCash/Easypaisa if funds are missing.

We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in and prevent fraud. These are necessary for 33r to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear session cookies anytime by logging out or clearing your browser data, but you will need to log in again on your next visit.
